As part of the MARKET INSTITUTE study, which regularly evaluates the attractiveness of employers, TEST-FUCHS was identified as one of the most relevant employers and received the "MARKET Quality Award 2022" in the working atmosphere category; we also did very well in categories such as the company’s innovative strength, top apprenticeship training and development opportunities within the company.

More than 100 top companies in the federal states of Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland were evaluated. In addition to working conditions and the well-being of employees, the subject areas of regional relevance, reputation and future fitness were examined.
