GirlsDay @ TEST-FUCHS

For today's international #GirlsDay, an event with a press conference was held yesterday at the TEST-FUCHS headquarters in Groß-Siegharts. For years, GirlsDay has provided a significant impetus for careers orientation for girls - especially with a view to technical professions. TEST-FUCHS supported this initiative and yesterday organized the GirlsDay in cooperation with the state of Lower Austria. Christiane Teschl-Hofmeister, State Councilor for Education, Families and Social Affairs; Nina Stift, Vice President WKNÖ; Sandra Kern, Deputy Regional Manager AMS Lower Austria and Michaela Roither, Managing Director IV-NÖ brought a clear message with them: "Girls have the talent and potential for all professions - dare to try new things." TEST-FUCHS GmbH supports young talents in finding a career in the technical sector gladly. After the press conference, thirty students from the NMS in Drosendorf had the opportunity to try out a small technical project themselves in the form of stations. The technical result: we were actually able to get some people interested in jobs! :-) We are looking forward to numerous girls and boys who are interested in technology.
