TEST-FUCHS supports needy people in the Ukraine with € 14,000 after the emergency aid campaign

Through the company's fundraising campaign on March 10, 2022, 14,000 euros will be donated as humanitarian emergency aid. The company management has doubled the amount donated by the workforce on the day of action. A big thank you to all employees who participated and who donated! Part of the amount will be used directly to transport medicines to Ukraine and another part will be transferred to Caritas Ukrainehilfe. The frightening events in Ukraine leave you speechless, but not inactive. So, quickly after the depressing developments in the Ukraine, which hardly anyone would have thought possible, employees at TEST-FUCHS came to an agreement with the company management to organize an immediate aid day of action to support the Ukrainian civilian population.

As part of the donation campaign day on March 10, 2022, three different lunch dishes including a vegetarian option were provided for the entire workforce, a flea market was organized in the company and cakes and pastries were provided in the company kitchens by and for employees. All this for a free donation to a good cause. Thanks also go to the Sischka bakery from Waidhofen, which provided half of the pastries for lunch, and the Fleischhacker company in Groß-Siegharts for their contribution. Part of the collected amount of € 2,000 goes directly to a transport of medicines and bandages organized in Poland for people in the Ukraine. TEST-FUCHS has been in contact with Poland since the time of the eastward enlargement of the EU, when Groß-Siegharts entered into a partnership with the Polish town of Poniatowa. The rest of €12,000 will be donated to Caritas, which supports families in Ukraine with aid packages (emergency supplies and food).
