EQAMOB seal of approval for TEST-FUCHS

For TEST-FUCHS, learning mobility is an important part of the education and training of young professionals. International experiences open up new perspectives, impart technical, linguistic as well as personal, intercultural and social skills. The apprentices and the company benefit from this in equal measure, and at the same time the vocational training is significantly strengthened.

"We offer our apprentices many different opportunities to gain international experience. We support them in their preparations and ensure the best possible support throughout their stay abroad." Markus Nagl, Technical Managing Director at TEST-FUCHS

Tomorrow's skilled workers can take part in apprentice exchanges with partner companies, complete internships abroad (e.g. Let's Walz) or even try out their craft internationally at TEST-FUCHS' worldwide locations. In doing so, they gain insights into alternative ways of working and also into the culture of the respective country.

For its comprehensive commitment to apprentice mobility, TEST-FUCHS has now been awarded the EQAMOB (European Quality Assurance in Mobility) quality label by the Federal Ministry of Labor and Economics in cooperation with IFA - International Skilled Exchange.

"We are very honored by the award and it further encourages us in what we do. Apprentices are our future and therefore we attach very great importance to a versatile training." Ewald Dangl, apprentice trainer at TEST-FUCHS

About EQAMOB Quality Label

The criteria for awarding the quality label were drawn up as part of the EQAMOB project, which was carried out by the Europe-wide EuroApprenticeship network. Among other things, they include aspects on the organization and preparation of the internships abroad, on the supervision during the stay as well as on the recognition of the internships as part of the apprenticeship training.
